  1. Gender issues in the workplace: The differences between women and men in work settings, burnout, motivation, etc. Emphasis on work-home conflict and multiple roles.
  2. Psychological aspects in the workplace: the relationship between personal characteristics (self-perception, the big five, attachment style, etc.) and organizational characteristics (organizational commitment, burnout, OCB, motivation), perception of meaning in work, and leadership in organizations.
  3. Pedagogical and psychological differences between mixed-gender classes and classes with gender separation.
